Great venue and great location outside a tube station and good beer but most importantly tha bands I like are starting to play there
Great venue, not many of this medium size left in London. Seen some great gigs here and at their sister venue The Boston Arms next door. Played their all-dayer one summer too, great times!
First time in the downstairs room and had a great time! Only disappointment was there was little room in the toilets.

Went to see Batushka there and it was pretty good. The acoustics are pretty decent and it's a big enough space. The pints aren't too expensive £5-£6 and they have a smoking area. All in all a dope show and venue.
Awesome little venue. It's a relatively small place that only holds a few hundred people at most. Meaning you're always near the stage.
The atmosphere is great and there is a bar so it's always a good time.
I've been to loads of shows here and I have never had a bad time. I usually always get to meet the band members along side the stage or outside. Always a big plus!
Also the Boston Arms next door is an excellent spot for a drink.
Friendly staff, decent bar and the sound was good.
